The Hummingbird - May 2019

On behalf of ECLAC Caribbean, the May 2019 issue of The Hummingbird puts the spotlight on the high level call for strengthening regional cooperation, made during the third Forum of the Countries of Latin America and the Caribbean on Sustainable Development.
